1. Digital product delivery

The Mac AI Operator Setup Kit v0.2 and AI Agent Starter Blueprint v0.1 are digital products. During founder/manual launch, checkout may be handled manually by email or an approved payment route. After payment is confirmed, the product files are delivered by email or secure download link. During founder/manual launch, the delivery target for the $297 kit is same or next business day unless a different window is confirmed before payment.

2. Consultancy and audit services

DWAI Consultancy, business audits, workflow audits, AI-readiness reviews, consultation calls, implementation advisory, and custom roadmap work are separate paid services. They are not included in the $297 Setup Kit or $49 Blueprint unless a written scope says otherwise.

Consultancy work is manually scoped before payment or work begins. The written scope should confirm the service, fee or payment route, deliverables, timeline, boundaries, information needed, and what is out of scope. Consultancy may use AI-assisted analysis, but DWAI does not require passwords, API keys, cookies, private keys, card details, or 2FA codes.

Consultancy recommendations may include implementing AI into the current business, buying the Blueprint or Setup Kit, or scoping an organization-wide Blueprint/team rollout. Any employee/team distribution, internal training, multi-seat use, or organization license must be agreed in a written team/org scope before the product materials are shared.

3. What is included

The Mac AI Operator Setup Kit v0.2 includes buyer setup documents, prompts, templates, workflow packs, local coordinator starter guidance, workflow guardian/takeover-agent handoff guidance after a workflow is established, local report/review-queue patterns, PASS/HOLD gates, system-evolution update checklists, GitHub private workspace safety material, optional third-party tool orientation notes including Spec Kit/Specify CLI where referenced, Golden Path setup, NotebookLM Learning Pack, testing/checklists, update process, and license/refund/support materials.

The AI Agent Starter Blueprint v0.1 remains a separate $49 no-install starter tier for no-install workflow clarity. It does not include the full Mac setup path, NotebookLM Learning Pack, or Hermes coordinator layer.

4. What is not included

Digital products and consultancy services do not include anything outside the written product description or written consulting scope. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, they do not include done-for-you implementation, custom coding, DWAI-managed private account creation, DWAI credential handling, managed hosting, managed monitoring, done-for-you workflow maintenance, payment setup, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, medical advice, regulated professional advice, security consulting, business-results consulting, or promised outcomes. A workflow guardian is a buyer-owned local operating pattern and prompt/template layer, not DWAI-managed ongoing service or unattended automation.

Third-party tools, CLIs, accounts, extensions, subscriptions, repositories, hosted services, or open-source projects referenced in the materials, including Spec Kit/Specify CLI and GitHub, are not sold, sublicensed, endorsed, warranted, or supported as DWAI software. Buyers install and use them directly under the third party's own terms and documentation.

5. Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for your own Mac, third-party accounts, subscriptions, billing, platform rules, third-party tool installation, credentials, approvals, workflow guardian use, first-install issue tracking, and final review of all outputs. Local reports and review-queue cards are evidence and routing only; they are not permission for unattended action. The kit may guide local agent-assisted setup and secret-vault patterns, but DWAI does not receive or custody your secret values. Do not send passwords, API keys, private tokens, cookies, card details, private keys, or 2FA codes by email, chat, or support request.

6. Refunds

The Mac AI Operator Setup Kit v0.2 includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If the kit does not help you understand and begin setting up an AI operator workspace, email support within 7 calendar days of delivery using the order email or order ID.

The AI Agent Starter Blueprint v0.1 includes a 7-day refund window for the digital product if it is not useful or if you bought it expecting something else. Duplicate or accidental purchases are refunded. Live calls, audits, implementation, assisted setup, and custom work have separate terms.

Refunds end your license to keep using, sharing, reselling, or redistributing the refunded product materials.

7. No outcome promises

DWAI products and consultancy services do not promise revenue, customers, saved time, automation success, workflow guardian performance, first-install success on every environment, platform approval, compatibility forever, or business results. Product materials are educational setup, workflow, and template materials. Consultancy outputs are analysis, recommendations, audits, and roadmaps. The intended workflow posture is draft-first and owner-approved.

8. License

You receive a single-buyer personal/business-use license unless the written order or scope says otherwise. You may use the files for your own workflow or business. You may not resell, republish, upload, redistribute, white-label, sublicense, share as a free or paid product, share one copy across employees, or create a competing product from the materials without written permission.

Team, employee, classroom, client, agency, or organization-wide use requires a separate written team/org license or scope. That scope may allow each named employee or approved seat to receive their own AI operator setup path, but only under the terms, seat count, delivery method, and boundaries agreed in writing.

9. Support

Support covers product-material issues such as broken links, missing promised files, contradictory instructions, unclear setup docs, or first-install issue-tracker questions for 7 days after delivery. Consultancy support, follow-up calls, implementation help, environment debugging, third-party tool installation issues, and credential/account handling are not included unless separately purchased or included in the written scope.

10. Human approval and platform rules

The products recommend draft-only workflows first. You are responsible for following the rules of any platforms, accounts, or tools you use. Written approval gates are required before using AI output for risky actions involving accounts, money, secrets, customer messages, public posting, broad OAuth scopes, destructive actions, or external publishing.

11. Contact

Questions, delivery issues, or refund requests can be sent to admin@dylanwichmannai.com.

A validated workflow can become a workflow guardian only through owner-approved promotion.
